1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item

Items returned that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may be refused or returned to the customer.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team before sending any items back.

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).


4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrectly shipped

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
